About the Bill ManagerThe Bill Manager started as a way to manage my own personal bills and expenses. First it was an MS Excel Sheet, then an MS Access Application, then finally due to the need/want to manage my bills from anywhere, I decided it was time to go online with it.
After talking with friends who took interest in the idea and thought it'd be helpful for them as well, a user registration system was built in. Then the features where enhanced to meet more scenarios other than my own.
After it was all said and done, a lot of hours where spent puting everything together, testing, and re-testing features and functionality.
Still, I want The Bill Manager to remain free for everyone. I believe in not having to spend money to save money. However, hosting for this website still costs me money, and I would appreciate any donations to keep the site on it's feet.
